This fantastic Lalique Crystal Antoinette Clock is part of the 2010 'Homage a René Lalique' collection celebrating the 150th anniversary of René Lalique's birth. This iconic Antoinette clock or 'clock of 8 days' was first created by René Lalique in 1931 and has moveable hands on the outside as it was designed as a 'teaching' clock for young children, explaining the charming birds on top. The founder, Rene Lalique first became famous for his stunning creations of jewellery, glass perfume bottles and interior decor. In the later part of his life he also created iconic automobile hood ornaments.
Now however, Lalique offer a vast range of exquisite items from Animals, Nude Sculptures, Stemware, Vases and much more.

After being lovingly handcrafted by the Lalique Artisans, each piece is engraved with the Lalique signature and presented in its Lalique box.
